Floortex Design is a successful retail showroom for custom floor coverings, carpet, and hardwood floors. Since rebranding the first showroom, the owner has opened two more, including a showroom with a full-range of home design.
The project was to develop a new brand look that would appeal to the retail showroom’s diverse high-end clientele and integrate the brand into the showrooms, website and sales materials.
Logo: Clean design with a contemporary tone – reflecting luxury, sophistication and simple elegance. The icon is created by combining the “F and D” into a ligature. The “F” is hard edged to represent hardwood planks and the “D” is the softer side of unrolling carpet. Brown was chosen to represent wood, while the bright red/orange provides an eye-catching contrast. The use of a traditional font next to a contemporary font appeals to both kinds of buyers.
Print: stationary, brochure, sales materials, signage
Website: The website has the same look and feel as the Floortex Design showrooms. It is warm, personal and as welcoming as their expert sales team. The site is designed to let people know about their array of beautiful products and to get buyers to visit the retail showrooms or to request an estimate.

Print: Sales materials and postcards made it easy for the sales team to invite clients into the store. Printed stationary and a special maple wood business card (made out of actual wood) make a positive and memorable impression. Vehicles keep the Floortex Design name on the road and take advertising to a new level.
